Mobile Donation Drives are only available in the Tri-Cities.

Mobile Donation Trailer

Set Up:

  • Your Club or Organization chooses a location and a set of dates to host a “Donation Drive.”
  • We will drop off a trailer at the agreed upon location on the first day of your donation drive. We will pick that trailer up on the last day of your drive.
  • Drivers are scheduled first-come, first-served basis. We are limited by trailer availability.
  • We will provide a lock to safeguard the donations at night. If the lock is returned broken or comes up missing you will be charged $15 for a replacement.

Pay:

  • The total number of pounds collected during a drive will earn $.10/lb.
  • If you collect at least 3,000 pounds (approximately one full trailer) worth of donations we will add a $200 bonus to your total!
    • For example:
      • If your drive collects 2,000 pounds you would get $200. (2,000 x $.10)
      • If your drive collects 3,000 pounds you would get $500. (3,000 x $.10) + $200 bonus

Acceptable Items:

  • Unfortunately due to the high cost of disposal and the inability to sell some items, we are limited on what we are able to accept.
  • NO FURNITURE! If furniture is donated in the trailer we will have to remove the weight of the furniture from your total pounds donated!
